We offer a variety of instructors
as well as times to accommodate your hectic schedules.

A 35-45 minute strength class focused on increasing muscular strength and endurance. Includes a warm-up and cool down!
- Step...
A 45-60 minute intermediate step class including a warm-up, toning, abdominals and cool down!
- Pilates...
Using controlled movements all flowing together. Works on your posture, strengthening the back and expanding lungs. This class will deliver results that you will notice. Elongating and toning your body in all areas focusing core and abdominals.
- Yogalates...
Join us for 45 minutes of yogalates! yogalates features strength, conditioning and flexibility using music to enhance the experience. For all levels!
- Kick Boxing...
A 60 minute class incorporating a variety of boxing moves with punches and kicks in a super-charged cardio workout!
- Total Body Fusion
30 to 40 minute class of total body toning!
